Description: My family and I visited the Breeze Airways Singapore Office, and I have to tell you that it was an amazing experience. The staff understood just how to serve us and was really polite. We had to amend our tickets because we were unsure of our travel dates. They greatly simplified the process. The office was pleasant and tidy, and the wait time was brief. My folks were pleased with the courteous treatment they received. Speaking with someone in person and receiving lucid responses was a comfort. If I ever needed airline assistance again, I would definitely go back.
