Description: Recently, while traveling throughout Europe with some pals, I stopped by the Delta Airlines Paris Office. We urgently needed assistance because one of our tickets had a name error. The employees handled things with professionalism. They made sure our reservation was updated and corrected the error. Our new boarding cards were even printed out for us. Having someone help us in person was such a relief, and they were all really polite. The service was excellent, and the office was clean. The speed and efficiency with which they resolved everything for us really pleased us.
